We built the National Cyber Security UK roadshow from scratch to educate SME’s on everything cyber security-related.

Partnering with the National Police Chiefs Council and the National Crime Agency, we had an average attendance of over 120 people in London, Middlesborough, Birmingham, Bristol and Llanelli (Wales).

We executed all the marketing and project management for the event which included – building the website and all marketing assets, sourcing venues and speakers, creating the schedule and run of show, inviting attendees, curating and shaping the content and overseeing the events themselves.

The Complete Execution

We executed all the marketing and project management for the event which included – building the website and all marketing assets, sourcing venues and speakers, creating the schedule and run of show, inviting attendees, curating and shaping the content and overseeing the events themselves.

The results were exceptional and attendees rated the events on average 4.5 out of 5 for effectiveness and usefulness.

UX Design.

Before the website was designed, the front-end wireframes and automated back-end registration process were created to manage attendees.

Project Management.

All project management for the event was completed by Fourfold including: sourcing venues, managing budgets, external suppliers and all timelines.

Recruitment.

We engaged members of relevant partners, accessed databases for IT Security managers, used LinkedIn and Google AdWords – increasing signups in close proximity to our venues.
