Simms needed a corporate video to encourage key existing and potential customers who were visiting the Engineering Design Show, to visit their stand and speak with their team. Their marketing team had come up with the idea of sending a corporate video brochure in the lead up to the event. They engaged Holt Digital Marketing to create the video for them.
The marketing team had great ideas for the script and we worked with the team to condense the copy, so the length of the video was shorter than 60 seconds. After talking with the SIMMS marketing team about the brand’s tone-of-voice, we spent time collecting suitable music tracks and voiceover samples that would bring the script to life. Before we started to edit the project, we spent time on the storyboard and structure of the video.
