We were tasked with harnessing the excitement around Jordan Spieth in the lead up to the Open. So, we created a VIP golfing experience for journalists and influencers giving them unprecedented access to Under Armour golf talent as well as showcasing the innovative approach the business takes towards golf and sports apparel.
Kirsty Gallacher hosted the event and a partner PR agency invited every major sporting and golfing publication they had access to. Publications included the BBC, Golf Digest, Golf World, Golf Punk and many many more.
Our custom build design was inspired by the brand itself. Industrial, strong and durable – just like the Under Armour Storm clothing we were showcasing. There needed to be enough room for to cater for 50+ journalists who were eager to learn about the innovative clothing the players would be wearing during the British Open the following week.
We helped generate a minimum of 1 million impressions via an exclusive interview on Sky Sports News and coverage on every major golfing-related publication in the country.
With Jordan competing for the Claret Jug throughout the week, sales rocketed and we had a very happy client.
