The Challenge
Nationwide Therapy needed a website which allowed customers throughout the UK to book an appointment with one of their many therapists online. The website required a lot of customisations. Alongside the functionality of the website, the client also required branding and a logo.

Website Design Strategy
We built a WordPress website with an integrated customised directory system which allowed customers to filter the therapists based on gender, expertise, and appointment format (video calls, face-to-face, phone).
- The website has a fully functional (and flexible) online booking system for time-based appointments
- The booking system allows customers to book in directly with a single practitioner and pay online using the built-in payment gateway (Stripe)
- It also has integrated email and SMS functionality (Twilio) which notifies both the therapists and customers that an appointment had been scheduled.
- The therapists have a backend online portal they can log in to, to view all of their upcoming appointments and manage their calendars and availability.
- The client also needed a CMS system that allowed them to add therapists simply and functionality that allowed the client to promote therapists to the top positions that were most likely to be clicked on
In addition to the website functionality, we also designed the logo and the website look and feel.
The Results
The project was a 4-month undertaking for our team. There were many sleepless nights, but the project was delivered on-time and on-budget. The client was ecstatic with the results.
