Before we started on the website improvements, we needed to establish some brand guidelines and improve the brand look and feel.

Website Design

The existing website was cheapening the brand and not giving off the correct impression to customers who were discovering Flexifly for the first time. We wanted to make private aircraft hire more accessible but hiring planes is always going to be something more readily available to affluent audiences.

So, we significantly improved the photography throughout the site, improved the copywriting and encouraged the Flexifly in-house developer to make the elements more interactive. Off the back of the brand look and feel work we carried out, we also selected a suitable font for the website design which would make all of the Flexifly branded assets feel consistent.

Results

The client was delighted with the new design and the conversion rates improved significantly (+600%) when we ran our first paid media campaign.
